THE BAKI MUCHIN TOTAL PACKAGE AWARD
"HONORING A PLAYER FROM THE MAJORS DIVISION FOR SUPERIOR SKILLS, LEADERSHIP, DEDICATION & SPORTSMANSHIP”
Our Shorewood community lost a Most Valuable Player very suddenly when Benjamin "Baki" Muchin died in his sleep due to brain inflammation. Baki Muchin was a gifted athlete who dazzled all of us with his abilities in all sports. His personal charm and smile, made us all happy to be around him. His athleticism and team spirit inspired us all.
To honor Baki’s memory, Shorewood Little League honors one player from the Majors’ division who exemplifies leadership, dedication, sportsmanship, and teamwork during the entire baseball season. The recipient of the Baki Muchin Total Package Award receives a personal plaque, as well as their name on the Recipient Plaque that is most deserving, and the Little League Board votes from the names submitted.
